Millions of people lead unhealthy lives. As a result, they suffer from disease, disability, and even death. Problems such as metabolic diseases, joint and skeletal problems, cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, obesity, violence, etc. It can be caused by an unhealthy lifestyle. Particular attention should be paid to the relationship between lifestyle and health. There were great changes in everyone’s lives today.

Malnutrition, poor nutrition, smoking, alcohol consumption, drug addiction, stress, etc. they are manifestations of an unhealthy lifestyle used as the dominant way of life. In addition, the lives of citizens bring new challenges.

For example, emerging new information technologies such as the Internet and virtual communication networks pose a serious challenge to our world, threatening the physical and mental health of individuals. Overuse and abuse of technology is a challenge.

Lifestyle plays a crucial role in determining an individual’s overall health and well-being. It can have both positive and negative effects on physical, mental, and emotional health.

Here are some of the ways in which lifestyle choices can impact health:
